2839024 - SDCCN (Service Data Control Center) Migrate task is grey and/or Active's status is red

Symptom

Migration task is grey in SDCCN transaction after the configuration in STC01 using tasklist SAP_BASIS_CONFIG_OSS_COMM.

RFC connections are green and the Migration tab shows the following details regarding SAP-SUPPORT_PORTAL and SAP-SUPPORT_PARCELBOX:

"Active" status is red

All SAP system based on NetWeaver 7.4 SPS08 and Higher
