2839208 - Error on Employment Information Import

Symptom

When tries to import Employment Information, error: XXX is not a valid country code.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Employee Data Import 

Cause

As per indicated on implementation guide, Country Code should be configured as COUNTRY, if it's configured with another value system will throw error when importing the file.

Resolution

Code should be configured as per indicated on implementation guide.
