Cannot Select Rehire Inactive Employee Permissions Role for Manage Hire.

• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Role Base Permission
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - New Hire

1. Go to Admin Center.
2. Search for Manage Permission Roles.
3. Select the role you need to grant the access and hit "permission".
4. Select: Manage Hire.
5. Unable to select the following permissions:

• Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment.
• Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment (by 'match' in New Recruit).
• Rehire Inactive Employee (by 'match' in New Hire).
• Allow users to manage all drafts including those saved by others (By disabling this option, users can only work with drafts saved by them).

Permission Role did not save at the Database level.

The company schema upgrade job needs to be run.

Please follow these direction in this KBA on how to do this.

The schema's are the following:

• Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment: add_permission_for_rehire_inactive_employee_with_new_employment.xml
• Rehire Inactive Employee with New Employment (by 'match' in New Hire): add_permission_for_rehire_with_new_employment_from_hire_match.xml
• Rehire Inactive Employee (by 'match' in New Hire): add_permission_for_rehire_from_hire_match.xml
• “Allow Manage Others Save Draft”: add_permission_for_allow_manage_others_save_draft.xml

Once you have run the job, please log back into the system and check.

If there is still issues, then the operations team may need to be involved.

Please contact your implementation partner if you don't have access to provisioning. If no access to provisioning, then please contact support.

1. Please contact Employee Central Support Engineer Team and Add the following to your case or Ticket:
2. Customer Must Approve a written approval for an Update script at The Database Level.

After Script Run , perform the RBP refresh:

1. Go to Provisioning.
2. Company Setting.
3. Run RBP Refresh.
