After a migration from one machine to a newer machine and from ASE 16.0 SP02 PL05 HF2 to ASE 16.0 SP03 PL04:
- sp_who fails to return
- switch to dbo only and everything seems fine.
- However, as soon as the server is returned to users for processing and the load resumed; the server stops performing.
