2839702 - Involved Party in Sales Quote follow-up from Opportunity

Symptom

You create a Sales Quote from an Opportunity and you want the current user to be the Owner of the Sales Quote. But it's always the Opportunity Owner that is copied into the Sales Quote.

However when you create a new Sales Quote, the Owner is entered as the current user as per the Involved Party determination.
