2839777 - Future Dated Position is not displaying in Manage Pending Hires

While hiring users to Positions which become active in the future in the Manage Pending Hires wizard, either from Onboarding or Recruiting, the Position field is empty.

1. Hire a user from Onboarding or Recruiting to a Future Dated Position
2. Navigate to 'Manage Pending Hires' > Select the user in the 'Onboarding' or 'Recruiting' tab
3. Navigate to the Job Information section of the wizard
4. Note the Position field is not populated with the future dated Position despite having mapped this value from the source suite

Future dates Positions are considered to be inactive until the Start Date of the Position is reached, so despite mapping the value, the system will not be able to pull the Position in Manage Pending Hires

This is expected system behaviour, therefore an enhancement request must be submitted to have this functionlaity revisited. Please see KBA 2090228 for more information on Enhancement Requests
