2839836 - CCM does not start after installing 32-bit Oracle client

Symptom

  • After installing an Oracle client, the following error is seen in Event Viewer when attempting to start the Central Configuration Manager:
    "The program can't start because MSVCP120.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this."
  • The environment was working before this installation.
