2839836 - CCM does not start after installing 32-bit Oracle client

• After installing an Oracle client, the following error is seen in Event Viewer when attempting to start the Central Configuration Manager:
  "The program can't start because MSVCP120.DLL is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this."
• The environment was working before this installation.

• SAP Crystal Server
• Windows

Some of the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages were not installed or became corrupted.

Ensure that the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable packages mentioned in the BI Platform Installation Guide are installed, and if necessary, repaired or reinstalled.
