2839889 - Posting Change Delivery error in SMQ2

A Posting Change Delivery is created in transaction MIGO, and the document is being distributed to the WMS system, SAP Extended Warehouse Management. The SMQ2 queue has status "SYSFAIL" and text "The ASSERT condition was violated". The processing of the /SCWM/OUTB_DLV_SAVEREPLICA queue has been terminated with runtime error ASSERTION_FAILED in ABAP Program /SCDL/CL_BO_MANAGEMENT========CP (Application Component SCM-EWM-DLP). This error is logged in transaction ST22. Open the Runtime Error Long Text in ST22, and navigate to the "Error analysis" node. Here the system logged the root cause in variable LV_TXT1 = Interval 03 does not exist for object /SCDL/PRD.
