User cannot see the data on Data Replication Monitor.

1. Go to Admin Center > Data Replication Monitor
2. No data was showed

Missing permissions.

You can run a check tool which will give you the list of missing permissions:

In order to perform this check, please go over the steps below:

1. Go to Check Tool
2. Select "Validation"
3. In Application, search for "Data Replication Monitor"
4. Mark the check "DataReplicationMonitorPermissionsGranted"
5. Click in Run
6. In the pop-up message add the user whom you want to check if it has all necessary permissions
7. Click Run
