Cannot upload learning history for scheduled offering that has an end date in the future.

Error: Scheduled Offering End Date is in future

SAP Successfactors Learning Management System (LMS) B1908 Version

Run connector by going System Admin> Connectors> Learning History Connector.

You may refer to the sample below:

Scheduled Offering Start Date/Time SEP-10-2019 9:00:00 is and End Date/Time is SEP-10-2019 17:00:00.

Run the connector before 17:00:00.

RESULT: Error: Scheduled Offering End Date is in future

Due to the fix done in 1908.

As per Engineering team, when learning event is recorded for a Scheduled Offering from the User Interface, it auto-populates the completion date with the Scheduled Offering's end-date.

In b1908 we have fixed the Learning History connector to be in sync with the User Interface. So irrespective of the completion date passed, it will use the Scheduled Offering's end-date.

Record Learning - Financial or Record Learning - Multiple to record learn for Scheduled Offering with Future date.
