2840442 - F110: function "Exclude from Selection" is not available.

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental. 

The "Exclude from Selection" button is not available in transaction F110 during the payment proposal or payment run selection process.

As a result, users are unable to exclude specific items from the selection criteria using this function in F110.
