What is the purpose of the Actions column in the 360 Evaluation Summary view in 360 Multi-rater 2.0 Fiori reviews (Beta)?

SAP SuccessFactors 360 Multi-Rater

• The Send Reminder action can be used to send reminder notifications to internal and external participants who have not yet completed the evaluation.
• The Actions column contains the Send Reminder button to trigger the reminder notification for each participant.
• For internal participants, notification mails are sent with the template "Document Due Notification"
• For external participants, notification mails are sent with the template "360 Document Evaluation Notification for External Participant"

How to enable and use the Send Reminder feature:

1. In Form Template Settings, enable the "Enable Send Reminder Email for: " and select the roles to enable this setting for:
   
   
   
   
2. Go to Admin Center > E-mail Notification Template Settings > Enable the "Document Due Notification":
   
   
   
   
3. Launch a 360 Multi-rater review for a subject
4. As a Process Owner (or other role permissioned to Send Reminder Email), open the 360 Review from the En Route folder.
5. Select the Summary view
6. The Send Reminder icons are available beside each participant:
   
   
   
   
7. Click on the Send Reminder icon - in one click a Document Due Notification is sent to the participant:
   
   

Note: The Send Reminder button will not be visible and Send Reminder to All Participants will not work if the Document Due Notification is not enabled.
