"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Manage Languages and check the "Last Modified" column
Resolution
It is not possible to audit any updates on the Language Pack. (For instance: The user who has changed any label in a specific language).
It is possible to audit when and who inactivated/disabled or re-activated/re-enabled an existing custom locale in Manage Languages (by enabling/desabling, we mean checking/unchecking the checkbox related to that custom locale). To request that, please report a case for Cloud Product Support providing the Company ID and the name of the respective custom locale.
Please make a note that if you are looking for a historical changes that was changed by any user to any specific custom languge that report canot be audited via Change audit report or from backend.
As for deletion, if a custom locale is deleted, all related data is also deleted from the database level, then no audit information is available.
