2840885 - Download or Upload of Digitally Signed SAP Notes fail due to Work Process crashes while VScan Adapter in use.

Symptom

  • The system has been enabled for the download and upload of Digitally Signed SAP Notes
  • While uploading or downloading any digitally signed note, the work process crashes
  • The system that the notes are being downloaded or uploaded to includes the VScan Adapter by ZBOWBRIDGE 
  • Errors similar to the one below can be found in the Work Process log
