2841295 - Sales Territories Not Derived from KUT Field With Multiple Values

You created a custom Field on the Account's Header ABC (ABC is the field name) which allows multiple values.

The value of this field is used to Derive Territories for Accounts.

Despite having scoped multiple territories, if this field ABC has multiple values, the action "Derive Territory" doesn't work.

However, if the field ABC has only one value, the action "Derive Territory" works just fine.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Customers work centre.
2. Go to the Accounts view.
3. Open any account.
4. On the Overview tab for your field ABC enter multiple values.
5. Click Actions -> Derive Territory.

Go to the Sales Territories tab -> You will see the action did not work and there are no territories pulled.

Multi value fields are not supported by BRF as the field value is always considered as a single entry.

 Please use only single values for your custom field to derive territories.
