Symptom
After installing Microsoft updates on the BPC server, users are unable to log into the BPC Web portal or EPM Add-in.
This error occurs when connecting to the BPC web portal:
- Server Error in '/SAP/BPC/WEB' Application
The following error occurs in the tbllogs table:
- OSoft.Services.Application.AuthHelper.CMSAuthManager.GetAppSettingsFromDatabase
