2841818 - GST IN : DCS : 1.4.0 upgrade Error: (db error) 258 - insufficient privilege not authorized

DCS version 1.4.0 upgrade issue. While trying to grant the below roles to user GSTRMDCDB by login with user GSTR1DB resulting in  Error:  (db error)  258 - insufficient privilege not authorized

Query:

GRANT "EXECUTE" ,"SELECT","UPDATE","INSERT","SELECT METADATA","SELECT CDS METADATA" ON SCHEMA ACRSCOREDB TO GSTRMDCDB WITH GRANT OPTION;
