2841936 - Cancellation Status of Warehouse Order shows as "Not Canceled" Although Adjustment Confirmation have been performed

After performing reversal action of Warehouse Order DEF, the Cancellation status of it showing as "Not Canceled". (DEF refers to Warehouse Order ID)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Navigate to By Warehouse Order.
3. Find for DEF.
4. Select Edit button.
5. Navigate to Confirmations Tab.

You observe Cancellation Status as "Not Canceled" although adjustment confirmation or reversal has been performed, all subsequent and preceding documents have been canceled.

During Adjustment Confirmation Cancellation status do not change to "Canceled" as the reversal document gets generated from Adjustment Confirmation.

In order to change Cancellation status as "Canceled", perform following steps to Reverse Confirmation for a Warehouse Order which has status "Started".

1. Go to Inbound Logistics Work Center.
2. Navigate to By Warehouse Order.
3. Find for KLM. (KLM refers to Warehouse order ID which status is "Started")
4. Select Edit.
5. Navigate to Confirmations Tab.
6. Select Reverse Confirmation.
