Reproducing the Issue

  1. Admin Center
  2. Manage Recruiting Group
  3. Select Dynamic Group
  4. See message:

This group is currently locked. You cannot edit the criteria for the group.

Cause

The group was locked by group owner to prevent further changes to criteria and membership.
Only the group owner is allowed to unlock the group once it is locked.

Resolution

  1. In Admin Center > Manage Recruiting Groups
  2. Select the locked group
  3. Scroll down the screen
  4. See the following message:

Unlock...The group is locked to prevent further changes to criteria and membership.

  1. Click Finish to save changes
