NOTES:

  • Users who have manually saved either of these settings themselves are not affected. Their personal settings take precedence. For additional information, review Help Portal - Enabling Screen Reader Support and Enhanced Keyboard Navigation for All Users.
  • Once enabled in Company System and Logo Settings, users have the option to disable it on their end by unchecking Settings > Accessibility > Enhanced Keyboard Navigation. This cannot be enabled only for a specific group or role - this setting is on instance level.
  • The text that appear within the instance can be changed using Manage Languages features. The labels related to this feature start with "COMMON_ActionSearch_AutoComplete". This changes affect all users and cannot be customized by each user itself.
