2842435 - Error while creating benefit program

Error "*Selected_Benefit_Name* not allowed in program" appear while trying to create benefit program when insurance or pension is added.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Global Benefits

Go to Benefits Admin Overview > Create 'Benefit Program' > Select Insurance type benefit and try to save.

The error appears as Benefit Type Insurance or Pension is not supported currently. Benefit Program only supports allowances and reimbursements.

This is an expected behavior, currently 'Benefit Program' only supports allowances and reimbursements as of now. If you have a business requirement to have Benefit Program with Insurance or Pension, kindly create an enhancement request as per KBA 2090228 so that our product team considers the functionality in future.
