Symptom

  • Unable to access SAP Data Services Management Console after upgrade:
  • The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists
  • HTTP 404 - Not Found
  • Error found under stdout.log of Apache Tomcat Web Tier:
    "Caused by: com.opensymphony.xwork2.config.ConfigurationException: Bean type class com.opensymphony.xwork2.ObjectFactory with the name struts has already been loaded by bean - jar:file:<BIP_INSTALL_DIR>/tomcat/webapps/DataServices/WEB-INF/lib/struts2-core-2.5.30.jar!
