2842466 - ABAP dump SYNTAX_ERROR after implementing Note 2645717 - BPC NW

Symptom

  • After the implementation of Note 2645717 (Java BICS: Authorization error in AO), ABAP dump is generated in ST22 transaction when opening Analysis for Office report.
  • ABAP dump generated:
    Runtime Errors: SYNTAX_ERROR
    ABAP Program: SAPLRSBOLAP_BICS_PROVIDER
    Application Component: BW-BEX-ET
    Short Text: Syntax error in program "SAPLRSBOLAP_BICS_PROVIDER
    What happened?
    Error in the ABAP application program.
    The current ABAP program "SAPMSSY1" had to be terminated because it found a statement that could not be executed.
    In include "LRSBOLAP_BICS_PROVIDERU01 ", in line 222 of program "SAPLRSBOLAP_BICS_PROVIDER ", the following syntax errors have occurred:
    The data object "L_SX_REPORT-RKB1F" does not have a component called "SUPP_FORMULAMODE".
