This article describes the behavior of the My Peers tile.

My Peers tile will show direct reports employees of managerId person who is defined in Manage Data > OnboardingCandidateInfo information for the employee.

Please see exampe below.

For example, employee name is Martin Braun.

1. In Manage Data > OnboardingCandidateInfo, search for Martin Braun and look for the field managerId. Kathrin Denecken is defined as his managerId:

2. In Org Chart, we see under Kathrin Denecken (her direct reports) two employees. They will show in My Peers tile for Martin Braun:

Note: If you have multiple levels between the managerId and the employee, only the direct reports for the managerId show is My Peers tile.
