2842540 - Application Error when accessing Manage Pending Hires 2.0 - Recruiting Management

When accessing the Manage Pending Hires 2.0 tool, and application error occur.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Add the field Pay Grade on "Manage Columns for the Manage Pending Hires";
2. Open Manage Pending Hires;
3. Application error occurs.

We still don't have a defined cause for this error.

We currently have our Software Engineering team working on this to identify what could be the reason why this is happening when you have the Pay Grade as a column in Manage Pending Hires.

Current Workaround:

1. Access Manage Columns for the Manage Pending Hires;
2. Remove the Pay Grade column:
