2842552 - PDF Form Not Loading During NES Process - Onboarding 1.0

• When tring to open a PDF form during the New Employee Step, PDF form will not open.
• Receiving an error message "Failed to load PDF document.
• Uploaded new PDF form, but it will not open during the New Employee Step.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Go to the panel
2. Select the property of the filed where PDF form is selected.
3. Under the Link Type, click on the PDF form selection option and reselect the correct form.

PS: Remeber to do a double check and select the "Link Type = PDF Template"
