Is it possible to add the candidates that have replied to specific questions in a Data Capture Form to a Talent Pool?

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Customers will have the ability to add candidates to a Talent Pool based on the candidates' Data Capture Form responses. First you need to create a Saved Search on Candidate Search functionality, then this Saved Search must to linked to the Talent Pool. Please, see below steps:

• Candidate Search

1. Go to Recruiting > Candidate Search
2. Set up the search based on the Profile Extension value and Data Capture Form criteria
1. Select Profile Extension and choose the questions
2. Select the question response value

3. On Activity, select Data Capture Form

4. Choose the specific DCF, then the Candidate Activity and Submission Date Range

3. Saved the search and type the Saved Search name
4. Go to Talent Pools
5. Select a Talent Pool, then click to Edit
6. Click on List of Saved Searches icon
7. Then add the Saved Search you created earlier

8. Saved Searches will run every night and adds candidates from the search result to the Talent Pool if they are not already part of the Talent Pool. Also, it will only add the candidates to the pool and will not remove them if the candidate in longer under the Saved Search
