2842708 - Canvas/ORD report export to CSV shows no data

When exporting certain Canvas/ORD reports to CSV, the exported file contains only column headers.

1. Login to the instance
2. Run the affected report(s) via Background Export or Report Distributor (offline, Email) in CSV format.
3. Observe that the exported file contains only the column headers. 

Column grouping applied to the report (through 'Edit Formatting'), CSV file formats do not support merged cells.

Without modifying the report:

• Grouped/merged cells cannot be exported in CSV file format. Hence, the report will HAVE to be exported in XSL/XSLX file formats.

By modifying the report:

If the export HAS to be in CSV file format, it can be done so by removing the grouping applied.

1. Edit the report.
2. Select the component under concern and click 'Edit Formatting'
3. Select the top-left corner to select all.  
4. Right-click the previously grouped column and choose 'Ungroup selected columns'.
