2842901 - Account Hierarchy closes automatically

When you try to open Account heirarchy it closes automatically.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Customers workcenter and open Accounts.
2. Open an Account.
3. Open tab Account Hierarchy.
4. Click the button "Show complete hierarchy".
5. Open up the hierarchy node by clicking on the arrow.
6. wait for a few seconds.

The Account hierarchy closes automatically after opening.

While you click opens the hierarchy, the view is still loading the hierarchy. Since its loading the click action you registered will be put in queue. Once it loads the hierarchy then the click action is executed and the hierarchy will be closed as per the action.

Once you click the button "Show complete hierarchy" then please don't click again on the hierarchy or try to open the hierarchy. Please wait until the view opens with the complete hierarchy.
