2843136 - Custom Landing Page - Not visible during proxy

Symptom

  • As a Learning Administrator, go to a user record and choose "Proxy Now". The new window does not show the custom landing page that this user should have
  • As a user that is a delegate for a Supervisor, custom landing pages are not visible for the delegate.
