2843164 - User's Database credentials are not preserved when using Windows AD

Symptom

  • A Windows AD user receives an error about database credential being incorrect when viewing or scheduling a Crystal report. 
  • The affected user's Database Credentials in User Properties -> Account Manager are modified after logging in with Windows AD.
  • When the user's database credentials are updated to the original credentials, they are able to successfully view and schedule reports.
