2843250 - Remove "Update is pending" from HANA DB

Symptom

1. After starting an upgrade with the SAP HANA Lifecycle Management by mistake, the status "update is pending" will not be removed, despite the fact that the upgrade has been cancelled before the any changes to the system have been performed.

2. A previous HANA upgrade was terminated or failed. You do not want to resume that upgrade and want to start from scratch.
