2843365 - Talent Pool Owners still receiving updates related to inactive talent pools.

Symptom

Talent pool owners are still receiving e-mail updates relating to candidates being added to the saved search functionality associated with their talent pool, even though the talent pool is configured as inactive.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a talent pool and associate a "saved search" with it.
  2. Then through admin center>manage data, filter by pool and make the talent pool in question inactive.

3. The talent pool owner will still receive updates whenever the autopopulatetalentpools job runs overnight in provisioning>monitor jobs. This is because candidates are still being added to the saved search functionality.

Resolution

This is currently considered a gap in the product and therefore an expected behavior. This issue is earmarked to be resolved in an upcoming release.
