2843393 - "SQL code: -10709" occurred while accessing table "DDFTX"

Queries to any t-code on an ABAP Instance connected to a HANA DB results in a hanging situation on application server followed by this dump in ST22 for the DDFTX table.

SQL error "SQL code: -10709" occurred while accessing table "DDFTX".
