cannot create preprocess directory due to the insufficient permission,maybe preprocessingis currently ongoing for this capture

Trace file would contain following error info:

WorkloadPreplayCm BP_WOrkloadReplay.cpp(00291) : cannot create preprocess directory due to the insufficient permission: path=<preprocess directory>
