Symptom
- Candidate used translator to complete the I-9 activity, however the translator is not around to sign the I-9 document.
- Translator left the company and is not available to sign the document.
- How to change the translator who is not available to sign the i-9 document.
- There is no option to restart the activity.

Resolution
Open a Support case with SuccessFactors Product Support, to include the instance details, so the activity step can be updated on the backend.
