2843703 - Error "Invalid SAP codepage 6110"

Symptom

Precalculation Server cannot be started.

If you check the destination "PREC_<SERVERNAME>" in SM59, the connection test fails with error "Invalid SAP codepage 6110".

If you start the Precalcuation Server in console mode, you can see the following error:

Object reference not set to an instance of an Object
at com.sap.bi.et.precalculation.BExPrecNCo3Trace.NCo3TraceEvaluation()
