2843811 - Generating Survey Summary for Multiple Surveys in Opportunity

Symptom

The system does not generate a summary if multiple answered surveys are selected in an opportunity.

Environment

SAP Cloud For Customer

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Sales work center.
  2. Go to the Opportunities view.
  3. Open opportunity XXX, where XXX represents the opportunity ID.
  4. Go to the Surveys facet.
  5. Check multiple rows of surveys.
  6. Click More.
  7. Select the option Generate Summary.
  8. Error witnessed "Save failed. Survey Summary could not be generated".

Cause

The survey summary can be generated only for a single survey at one time. Generating survey summaries for multiple surveys is not allowed.

Resolution

Please select a single survey to generate the summary.
