Why Solr search doesn't handle decompounding of locales except the English?

The improvements of the solr search to better support non-en_US locales will be done for both RCM and RMK as part of Project Unify, unfortunately there is no timeline or ETA at this point.

As per Product and Architect feedback, there is no point to raise an enhancement request as it will be done in the project unify between RCM and RMK.
