2843964 - Delivery Notification Quantity cannot accept zero quantity

You are trying to create Supplier Deliver Notification with reference to Purchase Order by updating zero quantity.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Inbound Logistics Work Center
2. Go to Purchase Orders View
3. Search for relevant Purchase Order
4. Select New Supplier Delivery Notification
5. Navigate to Items tab
6. Enter Delivery Notification quantity as 0 UoM
7. Error appears

Quantity missing

In Supplier Delivery Notification we cannot set as zero quantity as  this document is a subsequent document of Purchase Order

Create and Save Supplier Delivery Notification with the quantity as Purchase Order requested quantity.

Step-1
Create Warehouse request from Supplier Delivery Notification and subsequently create warehouse task i.e Putaway task.

Step-2
In Putaway task click confirm and set  line item as zero in actual quantity and maintain the deviation reason and click save.
