2844005 - Add Button is Missing in Marketing Permissions II

You want to add Marketing Permissions but the option to add them is missing.

SAP Sales Cloud

1. Go to the Customers workcenter.
2. Go to the Individual Customers view.
3. Open any Individual Customer.
4. Go to the Marketing Permissions facet.

Result: there is no option to add a Marketing Permission.

You have selected the question ''Do you want to query marketing permissions and subscriptions information from an external application to your cloud solution?" in your scoping.

Your scoping won't allow Marketing Permissions to be added in C4C. This is the designed behaviour.
