2844007 - ANumber not shown to external carrier when the original number is unknown

Symptom

  • When an IVR transfers and existing call to an external number out side of SAP Contact Center (CCtr), the original Anumber "caller number" is not displayed if the number was unknown
  • Business expects the system to default the Anumber to the default outbound number or SIP Trunk number
