2844118 - Authorization object SM_CM_FUNC and SM_DOC for Cycle F4 search help result in ChaRM documents

You use Change Request Management to control your software distribution. When a user tries to assign a cycle to a change document or request for change, some cycles are not listed in the Cycle F4 search help result.

It should be checked whether the user has the authorization to assign cycles: authorization objects SM_CM_FUNC and SM_DOC.
