2844260 - DataSource 0CO_PC_ACT_10, different FISCPER selections result in different RSA3 result for "same material and same FISCPER"

Symptom

You observe that for some MATERIAL and FISCPER, sometimes it can be extracted from 0CO_PC_ACT_10 in RSA3 (only one FISCPER in selection) but sometimes it cannot be extracted from 0CO_PC_ACT_10 in RSA3 (more than one period in RSA3).
