2844507 - Time Type order when applying leave is inconsistent across different devices

The order in which the time types appear when applying for a leave from Employee Self Service (ESS) is different in desktop, android device and iOS device:

• In desktop ESS, the time types appear in the drop-down in the same order as what has been maintained in the time profile
• In Android mobile device, the time types appear in alphabetical order
• In iOS mobile device, the favorite time types appear first, and then the other time types appear as per the order they are maintained in the time profile

1. Apply for a leave in desktop, android device and iOS device
2. Check the order in which time types appear in the drop down

There is an enhancement request MOB-30285 to enhance the current behavior make the sort order consistent. Currently there is no fix date available for it. Once it is implemented, it will be included in release notes. You may call SAP hotline number or contact your CSM to know current status of this enhancement request.

Work-around: If you want the order of time types to be consistent across different devices then you can ensure that the time types are maintained in alphabetical order in the time profile and the top three time types (alphabetically), are made favorite time types.
