2844665 - Short dump happens when creating Material Cost Estimate - more than 99 assemblies per level

You use App Create Material Cost Estimates to create Cost Estimate. Short dump happens.

There are many reasons that can cause short dump during Material Cost Estimate creation. This KBA explains one of the reason:

In the standard system, the system cannot administrate more than 99 assemblies for each order level.

To correct the problem, we recommend that you change the BOM so that an order does not contain more than 99 assemblies per level. You can achieve this, for example by using directly manufactured components, which each generate a new lower-level order, for which a further separate limit of 99 assemblies applies.
