2844842 - Database connection: ADBC error 'Internal error 16 has occurred'

Symptom

In a HANA based system testing the connection to remote oracle database in the DBACockpit returns with the following error:

"ERROR Database connection <DBSID>: ADBC error 'Internal error 16 has occured"

Or

In the related work process trace the following error appears:
