2844884 - Unable to modify the survey responses on Satisfaction Surveys

The Customer is  trying to modify the response provided by him/her in a Satisfaction Survey by clicking and opening the same survey link, but he/she receives the message " The Survey has already been Completed".

The satisfaction survey URL which is generated and sent to the customer is unique and meant to be used once to capture a unique set of response. The response - once captured - cannot be modified again.

Further, the response given by an individual is meant to caprure their answers and should not be modified by a third party.

It is not possible to modify the responses provided in a Satisfaction survey once it is submitted and this is an expected behavior of the system.
