2844889 - Unable to Authenticate as an Employee - Internal Career Site powered by CSB - Recruiting Marketing

When I try to authenticate as an employee from the RMK site, I am redirected to the main page of the external career site as a non-authenticated site visitant.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK)
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM)
• Career Site Builder (CSB)
• Internal Career Site powered by CSB

1. Go to the external RMK site;
2. Click on the Employee Login link;
3. You will be redirected to the site main page.

This usually happens during the time of the integration. The metadata in RMK (Career Site Builder) and the metadata to the corresponding application in the IAS tenant doesn't match.

In case you encounter this issue, please follow the below steps:

1. Access Admin Center > Manage Career Site Builder > Settings > IDP Configuration;
2. Select Generate to generate a new certificate;
3. Press the SAVE button;
4. Select Export Metadata in the Export SAML Metadata section and save the file to your computer;
5. Go to IAS Administration Console > Applications & Resources Applications, and select your Recruiting Marketing application, then click the SAML 2.0 Configuration page;
6. In the Define From Metadata section, upload the metadata file you saved to your computer by selecting Browse and navigating to the file location, then select Save.
7. Additionally, please ensure that the IAS console contains three applications (CSB, BizX, SuccessFactors).
