Symptom
You would like to understand which attachments the Attachment Exist checkbox available in the Advanced Filter of the Tickets list considers when filtering the results.

Resolution
The checkbox Attachment Exist in the Advanced Filter of the tickets list currently considers attachments which are related to the tickets itself and not interaction attachments, which are different and maintained in another tab inside the ticket.
